My blog is about my personal genealogy research, contacts and finds.  I would never be able to do this without the help of all the people I've been in contact with over the many years of doing this, and I may mention them because they were a tremendous help, but only by first name.

I receive no measurable compensation for my blog for anything I may refer to.  I may refer to the genealogy program that I use, which is Family Tree Maker.  I have used it ever since I went "computerized".  Is is my preferred program, but there are many programs people can use.  I also may refer to Ancestry, because it is the only research site I actually pay for.  I use a lot of free sites as well.  I will refer to Tribalpages, because that is my prefer webpage site that I pay for to use. I do not receive money from these sites, this blog is just my opinion, and nothing will be perfect on here. I do it to inspire others to research and to give advice and help.

My website is www.tschenekl.tribalpages.com I know the site name is confusing because my name is Tammy Altonen Horak. I recently got remarried and unfortunately with Tribalpages, you can't change the webpage address.  SO it stays in my first married name because I'm not starting over!
